Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our high functioning, dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the hospitality industry and enjoys learning about craft beer & wine. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while professionally suggesting and serving drinks. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in providing an outstanding experience for our patrons. As we are both a bar and retail space, your ability to multitask is a must. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Operate Square POS system for order entry and payment processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, patron areas, and retail space. Collaborate with team on new product training. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales. Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively upsell to customers. Adhere to all local regulations pertaining to alcohol service. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred. Familiarity with Square POS system is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service guidelines. Basic math skills for cash handling and sales calculations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A passion for the craft beer and wine industry. Experience in retail is beneficial.
