Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with precision. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights or special events like banquets or catering functions. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cashiering. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totals. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles that involve serving or bartending duties is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days.
