Job Description
This is mainly a weekend position with the chance of an occasional weekday shift. Hours are 3:30pm till slow(8pm) or 5pm-till close.
Job Overview:
- We are seeking a skilled Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences through crafting delicious beverages.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments accurately
