JOB SUMMARY

Bartenders provide friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests. The Bartender is also responsible for delivering excellent customer service to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members as well as demonstrate resiliency to manage difficult situations in all types of business conditions Responsible for taking beverage orders from guests, and servers, prepare drinks correctly, and return these orders in a timely manner Responsible for enforcing guest intoxication limitations and company policy regarding limitations Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and Team Members Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors Performs other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino and serve alcohol High School Diploma or GED Required Proficient in English verbal and written Proficient with iOS devices Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule
