Job Description

The Bartender is responsible for the preparing & serving of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages in the gaming & non-gaming areas of the Casino under the rules & regulations of government and Casino standards.

Essential Functions:

Detailed Work Activities:

Monitor alcohol consumption of guests Up sell at every opportunity (offer additional product) Follow assigned side work daily & weekly Maintain service standards Ensure compliance with rules, regulations & guidelines Monitor & maintain all outlet sanitation, storage & rotation of inventory Maintain quality & organization of beverage service for assigned bar.

Required:

Alcohol Awareness Certified through TIPS Must work evenings and weekends.
