Take food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and deliver meals promptly to guests' satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling responsibilities efficiently, including cashiering duties and processing payments accurately. Support event setups for banquets or catering functions, ensuring all food handling and serving protocols are followed seamlessly. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or other entertainment venues while maintaining professionalism. Requirements Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting, multitasking between serving drinks, taking orders, and handling payments smoothly. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety. Experience with catering events or large-scale food service operations is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants.
