Overview Reno's is a unique experience where guests come in and book a Private Karaoke Room by the hour. We have a full bar with bartender curated cocktails, and a rotation of exciting canned/bottles beverages. Every team member plays a critical role in ensuring the business runs to perfection. As a bartender you would need to be cross trained in every position, however your primary roll will be tending the bar. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage Toast POS (for orders), and bookeo (for reservations) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and balance cash drawers at the end of shifts.
