Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including specialty Italian cocktails, wines, and classic drinks. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including keeping the bar stocked with necessary supplies and ensuring proper glassware. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on the menu. Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest consumption and adhering to legal and company standards. Prepare and garnish drinks, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate orders. Process guest payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash responsibly. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including wines and spirits, to assist guests in making informed choices. Provide excellent customer service to create a memorable experience for guests. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including cleanliness and sanitation standards. Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bartender in a casual dining or bar environment is preferred. Knowledge of Italian wines, cocktails, and spirits is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Must be of legal drinking age and have or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (e.g., bartending license, alcohol server training). Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time. A passion for Italian cuisine and beverage culture is a plus.

Schedule:
