Bartender (Seasonal)

Job Overview Saco River Family Camping is seeking 1-2 dynamic and energetic Seasonal Bartender to join our vibrant cafe team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills, engage with diverse patrons, and thrive in a lively environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong customer service skills, and has experience working in fast-paced settings such as fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet events. As a seasonal team member, you will contribute to our welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every guest feels valued and satisfied. Pay range is $14.50-15.50 plus tips. Responsibilities include preparing coffees, lattes, beers, ciders, mixed drinks, and frozen drinks, as well as completing opening and closing duties. Team members in this role will also need to complete alcohol safety training through the NH Liquor Commission.

AM Shift:

6:30 AM - 1:30

PM PM Shift:

1:00 PM - 8:30 PM Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to all food safety and responsible serving standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food handling and safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed Experience Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments Familiarity with POS systems is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, catering, or retail math is advantageous Join us as a Seasonal Bartender and bring your enthusiasm for hospitality to life!
