Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through beverage service and engaging interactions. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will help foster a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. This paid position in a private club setting offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while contributing to a fun family environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and encourage repeat visits Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems accurately processing cash and card transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs, recognizing signs of intoxication, and following legal guidelines for alcohol consumption Qualifications Proven experience in bartending roles within the hospitality industry; Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse guests in a private club setting Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Strong work ethic self motivating Expected hours: 15.0 - 30.0 per week
