Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service or fine dining industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with brewing techniques and knowledge of various beverage types is a plus. Proficient in using POS systems (Aloha POS experience is advantageous) and basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for guest interaction. Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
