Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service, maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism Develop and refine beverage recipes, including cocktails, wine pairings, and craft beer selections, to enhance the guest experience Oversee bar operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper food safety and sanitation procedures are followed Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, while managing cash handling responsibilities Provide expert knowledge on spirits, wine, brewing techniques, and cocktail mixology to educate both staff and guests Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies Maintain a lively, energetic atmosphere by engaging with guests, managing bar flow during peak hours, and handling customer inquiries professionally Experience Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in fine dining environments or upscale hospitality settings Extensive knowledge of cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, and mixology techniques Prior leadership experience as a lead bartender or bar manager is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Experience working with diverse beverage offerings including spirits, wine, craft beer, and brewing processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully Knowledge of food handling safety standards and food industry best practices Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Lead Bartender where your passion for beverages meets your talent for leadership!
