Bartender The Puddle Dock Restaurant The Puddle Dock Restaurant is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. We are looking for a hospitality-driven professional who takes pride in thoughtful service, quality drinks, and creating a memorable experience for every guest. The Puddle Dock is a fine-dining restaurant featuring American Colonial-inspired cuisine, scratch cooking, carefully selected wines, classic cocktails, and genuine hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits accurately and consistently Provide knowledgeable, attentive, and polished bar service Guide guests through the beverage and food menus Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Complete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities Monitor inventory and communicate product needs Follow proper cash-handling, alcohol-service, and food-safety procedures Work closely with the service and culinary teams Assist with service bar production during busy periods Help create a welcoming experience for both regular and first-time guests What We Are Looking For Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant Fine-dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer A professional and composed presence in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and guest-service skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays A dependable, team-oriented attitude Commitment to responsible alcohol service Why Join The Puddle Dock?
