The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about the art of mixology, committed to providing top-notch guest service, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure outstanding guest service and meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrate expertise in menu knowledge and cocktail crafting
- Manage closing procedures, inventory control, ordering, and cash handling efficiently
- Assist in supervising operations in the bar area and dining spaces
Requirements:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety, and food handling practices
- Familiarity with retail math and Toast POS system is a plus
