• We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in both fine dining and nightlife settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to collaborate with fellow staff members and contribute to a positive team environment will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink offerings. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and credit card payments efficiently. Monitor guest consumption levels to ensure responsible service of alcohol. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or needs for reordering. Stay updated on current trends in the food service industry, including brewing techniques and cocktail recipes. Requirements Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred; experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus. Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and brewing processes. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and collaboration. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with retail math concepts related to inventory management and sales tracking is beneficial. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Must be willing to post on Facebook promoting business and yourself.
