Server/Bartender

Job Summary A private, members-only club located in the scenic hills of Andover, NJ. We pride ourselves on offering a refined and welcoming atmosphere with exceptional service, cuisine, and attention to detail. We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Server/Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for providing à la carte and buffet-style service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Responsibilities of Dual Server/Bartender Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally in a variety of formats (à la carte and buffet). Maintain detailed knowledge of menu offerings and daily specials. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen and other front-of-house staff for smooth service flow. Set up and break down dining areas and bar as needed. Physically capable of lifting and transporting products from buildings Willing to assist with cleaning kitchen, dining room and other workplace areas Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Requirements Proven experience in food service and bartending, preferably with fine dining. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events such as catering or banquets Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed venue is highly desirable Knowledge with liquor requisitions

• Shift times include o 7am-3pm o 10am-3pm o 3pm-10pm o 10am-10pm

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
