Basking Ridge, NJ Pay:
$10.00 per hour, plus tips

Seasonal / Part-Time Job Summary Basking Ridge Country Club is seeking personable, dependable, and service-focused Seasonal Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. Bartenders are responsible for providing prompt and professional beverage service while creating a welcoming experience for members and guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and takes pride in providing excellent service. Responsibilities Greet members and guests and provide friendly, attentive service Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar Process transactions and handle payments accurately Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service requirements Restock beverages, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies as needed Assist with opening and closing duties Support club events, banquets, and special functions as needed Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and other Food & Beverage team members Follow all sanitation, safety, and club service standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous bartending, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of basic beer, wine, spirits, and mixed drinks preferred Friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to work well as part of a team Must meet all applicable age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
