Servers & Bartenders - Full-Time & Part-Time The Vista at Basking Ridge Country Club Basking Ridge, New Jersey $17.00 per hour The Vista at Basking Ridge Country Club is seeking friendly, dependable, and hospitality-focused Servers and Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions and are open to a variety of availability. Position Details Full-time and part-time opportunities available $17.00 per hour Flexible scheduling based on availability and business needs Evening, weekend, holiday, and event availability may be required Opportunities to work in dining, events, and other club functions Server Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to members and guests Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and club offerings Set up, maintain, and reset dining and event areas Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service Process guest checks and payments accurately Maintain clean and organized service areas Assist with club events, banquets, and special functions as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other Food & Beverage team members Bartender Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and club beverage offerings Follow all applicable alcohol service and age-verification requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar Process guest checks and payments accurately Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs Assist with bar setup and breakdown for dining service, events, and special functions Work collaboratively with Servers, kitchen staff, and management to provide a seamless guest experience Qualifications Previous restaurant, club, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Bartending experience preferred for Bartender candidates Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to remain organized and attentive in a fast-paced environment Must meet applicable age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry items associated with food and beverage service About The Vista at Basking Ridge Country Club The Vista at Basking Ridge Country Club offers a welcoming environment for dining, golf, events, and social gatherings.
