Job Description

Bartender - B2 Bistro + Bar B2 Bistro + Bar is seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Bartender to join our team. As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, quality beverage preparation, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests. Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, beer, wine, and cocktail menus. Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking and side work. Work collaboratively with servers, managers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders to ensure smooth operations. Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations. Assist with opening, closing, and inventory-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
