Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, and spirits with precision and flair. Develop and refine beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable experience. Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the bar. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety standards. Stay informed about current trends in mixology and beverage presentation to continually elevate guest experiences. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Manage stock levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure availability of ingredients. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender with extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation. Strong mixology skills with the ability to create innovative drinks and adapt recipes based on guest preferences. Previous food service experience in a restaurant or bar setting. Ability to process cash transactions accurately using POS systems. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters guest satisfaction. Knowledge of beverage recipe development is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment's hours of operation.
