- Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and zero proof cocktails according to established recipes.
- Provide excellent guest experience, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized bar area.
- Check identification to ensure guests meet the legal drinking age.
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage cash handling, including operation the POS system (Toast).
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant setting.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a server.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Outstanding customer service skills and positive attitude.
- Availability to work days/evenings, week days/weekends/holidays.
- TIPS certification (can be completed during training period).
Compensation Details Compensation:
Hourly ($6.09) plus tips
