The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our dining area remains clean and organized, providing exceptional support to the waitstaff and enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities Assist servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, tables, and service stations. Help with the organization of utensils, glassware, and dishware to ensure efficient service. Communicate effectively with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to facilitate smooth operations. Support catering events by setting up and breaking down tables as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs and requests promptly. Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic environment. Skills Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests.
