Hive is the Queen of Good Times —a high-energy nightlife destination known for great music, great drinks, and great vibes. We're looking for an experienced bartender who not only owns the bar but also helps showcase Hive's energy online.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service with confidence and personality Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with speed and consistency Engage guests and create an unforgettable behind-the-bar experience Create behind-the-bar content (reels, stories, photos) for social media Represent Hive's brand professionally on Instagram and other platforms Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Assist with barback duties during slower periods (stocking, ice, glassware, prep) Accurately handle POS transactions and tabs Be proactive and supportive of the team at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced or nightlife environment Strong mixology skills and solid knowledge of spirits and cocktails Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content behind the bar Active Instagram presence with a good following Excellent customer service and communication skills Team player with a proactive, hands-on mindset Flexible availability (nights, weekends, events)
