Position Overview:

Our bartenders are an integral part of the guest experience—delivering refined, detail-oriented service while maintaining a clean, efficient, and high-functioning bar. We are seeking team members who are reliable, driven, and committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute cocktails, wine, and beverage service with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Provide elevated, professional service to all guests at the bar and in the dining room as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Work seamlessly with servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow Uphold all standards of service, presentation, and hospitality Demonstrate strong product knowledge and a willingness to continue learning

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale setting preferred Strong sense of professionalism, accountability, and reliability Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to manage a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and peak season demand Either proven experience or a strong work ethic and genuine desire to learn and grow in the role
