Manage POS systems to process transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit payments securely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate stock shortages promptly. Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within fine dining or hospitality settings. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically. Experience in beverage recipe development and understanding of food safety practices. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations.
