This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality drinks and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently according to recipes and house standards Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service to guests at the bar and in the bar service area Maintain full knowledge of drink menus, signature cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Handle multiple orders at once while maintaining accuracy and speed during peak hours Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and quality control of all drinks served Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes, and glassware as needed Operate POS system efficiently, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and manage tabs responsibly Engage with guests in a professional, welcoming, and attentive manner to enhance the customer experience Assist with opening and closing duties including setup, breakdown, cleaning, and inventory checks Follow all alcohol service laws, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines at all times Communicate effectively with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant required Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and consistency Reliable, punctual, and available to work nights, weekends, and at least 4-5 shifts per week Strong communication and guest service skills with a professional, positive attitude Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with staff Must be comfortable standing for long periods and working in an active, high-energy setting TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
