BARTENDER ROLE DESCRIPTION
San Patricios and The Life of Reilly, by The Dead Rabbit Group, is looking for Bartenders to join our growing team in Jersey City, New Jersey. Bartenders deliver our 'Welcome Home' hospitality philosophy and execute our core experience pillars for every customer, every time. Bartenders must embody our core values of B.E.S.T.: Being Brilliant, Evolving, Service-Oriented, and Transparent, enabling our company to deliver world-class experiences. A successful candidate must exude these characteristics and competencies consistently.
BARTENDER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Embody our core values. Welcome our customers with our unique 'Welcome Home' hospitality philosophy Excellently and consistently execute our core customer experience pillars, our FACTS, which encompasses fantastic Food, Authentic hospitality, quality Cocktails, elite-level serves of our Trifecta (Guinness, Irish Coffee, and Irish/Mexican Spirits), and Service Follow standard operating procedures for opening and closing and daily versus weekly cleaning tasks. Consistently follow round-building and technical aspects of the role. Adherence to The Dead Rabbit Group's team member handbook. Perform related duties as requested by leadership teams. Be a team player working with other team members when needed or required. Be an effective communicator post, during, and pre-shift, alerting team members to operational issues or concerns.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have a hospitality orientation and sufficient bar experience. Candidates must be hungry to learn and grow. Candidates must be ambitious, disciplined, and enthusiastic Candidates must be passionate and knowledgeable about food, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktails. Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have the requisite schedule availability. Candidates must be able to take constructive criticism and work within an engaged, collaborative, and accountable culture and team environment. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods.
