Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing expert recommendations on drinks and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of classics. Familiarity with POS systems like TOAST Strong understanding of beverage ingredients including spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options. Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude and ability to handle diverse guest needs. Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations are essential.
