Job Summary We are looking for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, following established recipes and standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their experience and promote drink sales. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, tracking usage, and reporting shortages or issues. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Assist in developing new beverage recipes and experimenting with mixology techniques to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service during busy hours and special events like catering or nightclub nights. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper cash handling procedures. Previous experience in fine dining, nightlife venues, or hospitality industry settings is a plus.
