Bartenders work in the front of the house preparing and serving drinks and food and keeping an impeccably, well stocked bar area, including liquor room and bar walk-ins. A bartender at Smith is energetic, confident, has a strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and time management skills. They can communicate efficiently and effectively with a diverse group of guests. Commitment, enthusiasm, integrity, humility, sense of team, and grace under pressure are required.
