Hosts/Hostesses, Bartenders & Servers Columbia Inn Restaurant is looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring Hosts/Hostesses, Bartenders, and Servers for our fast-paced restaurant environment. Host/Hostess Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing reservations and waitlists, answering phones, assisting with approved takeout orders, organizing seating, communicating special requests, and helping keep the host and bar areas clean and organized. Hosts also assist with high-top drink service and helping the team maintain quick table turnover. Bartender Bartenders are responsible for friendly and efficient beverage service, maintaining a clean and organized bar, stocking and cleaning throughout the shift, completing closing procedures, and handling end-of-shift register responsibilities. Previous bartending experience and knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails are preferred. Server Servers provide attentive table service, take and enter food and beverage orders accurately, assist guests throughout their dining experience, process payments, and work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team. Servers are also responsible for stocking service stations and completing opening and closing cleaning duties.
