Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, and utensils swiftly and efficiently. Support beverage preparation by maintaining cleanliness of bar stations and assisting with drink garnishes and basic cocktail assembly. Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are met to uphold food safety regulations. Process transactions accurately using our SpotOn POS system. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with sanitation standards. provide excellent customer service in our sports focused, high energy bar. Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and restocking supplies to keep the bar running smoothly. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude towards guests. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
