Pay is minimum wage of tipped employees PLUS tips! Similar positions have made $20-30 per hour, much more on busier nights Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting high-quality beverages. Your ability to collaborate with fellow staff members and maintain a welcoming atmosphere will contribute to an unforgettable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring all sales are recorded properly. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet or catering events as needed. Stay informed about new drink trends, brewing techniques, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with banquet and catering services is a plus. A passion for hospitality and helping guests enjoy their experience is essential.
