Duties Support bartenders by restocking bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently throughout shifts Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, food preparation surfaces, and general tidiness to meet safety standards Buss tables and assist with clearing used dishes and glassware promptly to ensure a clean environment for guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, stock movement, and equipment setup with proper safety precautions Assist in food service operations by preparing simple food items and ensuring compliance with food industry safety standards Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling, order processing, and transaction accuracy Uphold venue beverage service standards by adhering to alcohol safety policies and ensuring responsible service at all times Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on hospitality excellence Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Knowledge of bar cleaning procedures, bussing protocols, and venue beverage service practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient cashiering and order management Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counts Experience in catering or food preparation enhances your ability to support diverse venue needs Understanding of food safety compliance standards specific to food service bars Excellent customer service skills that foster a positive guest experience Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
