Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and reliable Temporary On-Call Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety. Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar for events, banquets, or nightclub functions. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special events.
