Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly Ensure compliance with food safety and food handling regulations at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices Assist with catering events, banquets, or private parties as needed to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to facilitate quick order processing Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with an energetic attitude that engages guests positively Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills Basic math skills for retail math calculations, and accurate order entry Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal requirements Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails is a plus Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred; retail math knowledge is beneficial Join us to be part of an energetic team where your enthusiasm transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary experiences.
