Snack Bar/Beverage Cart Attendant Sunset Valley Golf Course Pompton Plains, NJ Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Seasonal $15.92 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Preventive maintenance Energy management High school diploma or GED Food & beverage production Materials management in food and beverage Full Job Description Position Summary Provides informal fast food and beverage service in the snack bar and/or halfway house outlets. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards. Orders supplies and implements controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other costs are achieved. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service in accordance with the menu and company quality standards.
- Provide food and beverage service to golfers on the course in accordance with the food and drink menu and company quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, neat appearance and sanitation of equipment and beverage cart.
- Ensure that required income, cost control and inventory procedures are consistently used.
- Requisition supplies from club's kitchen and storeroom, and ensure proper transfer and storage.
- Comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws/requirements.
- Inspect club facility to ensure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other programs are in place in area(s) of responsibility.
- Work with F& B Manager to develop outlet budget and monitor to ensure that financial goals are attained.
- Prepare and serve food and beverage products as appropriate.
- Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required operational and financial reports.
- Perform other duties as appropriate. Education/Qualifications/Certifications
- High school required. College degree preferred.
- 1 years applicable functional, supervisory and/or management experience, preferably in the golf industry.
- Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including evenings/weekends.
- Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
