387 Park Oyster House & Bar (Opening Soon in Scotch Plains, NJ!) 387 Park Oyster House & Bar is open and busy. A coastal-inspired restaurant and cocktail bar where great food, craft cocktails, and hospitality come together. We're building an opening team of experienced, energetic servers who take pride in delivering exceptional service and genuine guest experiences. If you love bartending, enjoy a lively atmosphere, and know how to balance professionalism with personality, we want to meet you. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant Warm, polished, and professional service style with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting Team-oriented and reliable, you know how to support both your guests and your crew Must be 18+ and available evenings and weekends Additional Qualifications (a plus!) Wine and cocktail knowledge, understanding pairings, classic cocktails, and bar collaboration Familiarity with oysters, seafood, and seasonal menus Passion for hospitality and curiosity to learn about our beverage and culinary program What You'll Get Be part of the opening team for a brand-new restaurant and bar Competitive hourly pay + great tips Growth opportunities as the concept expands Staff tastings, wine & cocktail education, and oyster pairing sessions
