Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, especially during events or banquets. Manage cash handling and transactions accurately while adhering to retail math principles. Assist in training new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation, and customer service standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred, with knowledge of the food industry being a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications for bartending in your area.
