Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Create cocktail menu and cocktail program for daily use in multiple outlets within the estate Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Uphold excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and responding promptly to guest inquiries Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol serving laws, and safety protocols in a hospitality setting Assist with catering events or banquet services when required, ensuring seamless beverage service in various environments Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality Requirements Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus but not required Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment Join our team where your passion for mixology meets an energetic atmosphere!
