Positions looking to fill immediately:

SERVERS We are looking for a competent and experienced ONLY servers. You'll be the face of our brand new designed Restaurant from Italy and responsible for our customers' experiences. Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris and more Mocha Bleu is a restaurant in the Mocha Hospitality Group which establishes and operates a family of restaurants offering delicious and memorable experiences. Job Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of a Waiter/Waitress include welcoming and seating guests, taking guest orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upsell appetizers, desserts, or drinks.

Job Requirements:

5+ Years of current serving Experience required Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations 2+ Knowledge of bartending, knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails required Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time We believe and it is our desire to empower our employees to set their sights high and deliver exceptional service to customers.
