Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or lively bar settings, while promoting responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills. Uphold all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards across the food service industry. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally. Experience in food handling, beverage preparation, and serving in the food industry or retail math knowledge for accurate transactions. Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering experience is a plus for versatile service capabilities. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high standards of service quality.
