CheBA Hut Bartender CheBA Hut is seeking a skilled and creative Bartender to join our team. As a CheBA Hut Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting unique and refreshing thirst-quenching recipes for our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology and has a strong knowledge of bar operations. Bartenders are expected to provide the best possible service and encourage a friendly community vibe. CheBA Hut is open until 2:00AM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday (this may vary by location) CheBA Hut Bartenders enjoy flexible schedules, full-time or part-time hours, bi-annual homie celebrations in addition to the community celebrations like 420 and back-to-school. Responsibilities:

Create unique and delicious cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for our guests Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests to ensure a positive experience Maintain a clean and organized bar area Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with the kitchen team to create CheBA atmosphere

Requirements:

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:

Think "shop first" / customer first Proven experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate integrity Demonstrate self-direction Demonstrate "heads-up". Keep your head on a swivel and be aware of your surroundings Alcohol Service Safety certifications (ServeSafe, T.I.P.S) Team-oriented attitude

Working Conditions:
