Responsibilities
  • Replenish paper goods (i.e., cups, napkins, etc.) at bars.
  • Assist bartenders in cleaning and maintaining bars: filling ice bins, etc.
  • Stock bars with alcoholic beverages: liquor, wine, beer, drink mixes.
  • Stock non-alcoholic beverages: soda, juices, and carbon dioxide at bars.
  • Stock liquor room with all supplies: liquor, beer, wine, dry goods, soda, etc.
  • Maintain cleanliness of liquor rooms, beer coolers, and bars: sweep, mop, take out the trash.
  • Assist with setting up for banquets and private functions: stock alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and paper products.
  • Break bartenders, make change, run cashier register.
  • Help with inventories.
  • Claim tips received according to laws governing wage reporting. Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.
  • May be required to answer questions when a manager is not available. Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.
  • Adhere to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D preferred.
  • 1 to 3 months relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Must qualify for certification through NMAST.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, champagne, mixed cocktails.
  • Basic math skill is required, ability to handle cash and accurately make change.
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards and work varied shifts, which will include weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English required.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required. -
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to promote cooperative approach between departments.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds to stack, store or move materials, supplies and equipment.
