Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; process payments efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; assist with stock ordering as needed. Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and adhering to legal drinking age regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods or special events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold all food safety standards and maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining, casual dining, or hospitality industry settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, and spirits expertise. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Experience serving in high-volume environments with excellent time management skills. Knowledge of wine varieties, craft beer styles, brewing processes, and food handling procedures. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry operations are essential. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.
