Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and suggest beverage recipes to diversify our menu and cater to guest preferences Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently while minimizing waste Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy periods Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and monitor guest consumption for safety Experience Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within fine dining or upscale hospitality settings Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations gracefully Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for accurate measurements and cash handling Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service standards Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
