Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales. Manage bar inventory, including stocking supplies, monitoring product levels, and ordering as needed to maintain seamless operations. Process cash and card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events or banquets to ensure smooth coordination and guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and brewing processes. Proficiency with POS systems; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events like catering or banquets. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate measurements and transactions. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Experience in beverage recipe development or cocktail creation is highly desirable.
