HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

Stock & Restock:

Maintain full inventory of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, and straws

Support Bartenders:

Refill ice bins, change kegs, prep garnishes, and retrieve supplies during service

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

Wipe down bar surfaces, collect dirty glassware, remove trash, and keep the bar area spotless

Opening & Closing Duties:

Assist with bar setup before service and breakdown/cleaning at the end of the shift

Guest Interaction:

Provide Caesars Entertainment's Family‑Style Service, occasionally running drinks or answering guest questions during busy periods

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Skills & Qualifications Strong physical stamina; ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and cases Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Basic knowledge of bar tools, products, and drink ingredients is a plus Must be 21+ and able to obtain a valid Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler's Card Work Environment Fast‑paced, high‑energy casino bar or restaurant setting Long periods of standing and walking, including late nights and weekends Exposure to loud music, crowds, and occasional spills Be Part of Something Legendary If you're ready to bring your energy, reliability, and team‑first mindset to the bar operations at Harrah's & Tropicana Laughlin, we'd be proud to welcome you to the Caesars Entertainment family.
