Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Use POS system Toast to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Manage multiple responsibilities including, getting change for our gamblers, paying jackpots, cashiering, food handling, serving, and bartending duties during the night shift Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces, following health department standards Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption and address any concerns promptly Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events such as nightclub nights or banquet services Demonstrate excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders, answering questions about drinks or menu items, and providing recommendations Skills Proficiency with POS systems for efficient order processing Strong time management skills to handle high-volume service during late-night hours and using time to do other tasks during the shift when it can be slow Must have some experience, with gaming, handling of money, and cocktails, a following would be great but not necessary. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and manage multiple tasks seamlessly

Pay:

$12.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
