Job Description
Fiestas Fest is hiring experienced and motivated Barbacks to join our team for one of Las Vegas largest Latin Mexican music festivals! We're looking for dependable team members who can stay organized, work efficiently under pressure, and help create an exceptional guest experience. This is a physically demanding position and requires a strong work ethic. Event Details Las Vegas, NV September 5-6, 2026 Approximately 11 hours Responsibilities Keep assigned bar fully stocked throughout the event Restock beer, liquor, mixers, cups, ice, and supplies Maintain a clean and organized work area Remove trash and empty boxes promptly Assist bartenders to ensure fast service Communicate with runners and bar managers for restocking needs Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service policies Help with opening, closing, and breakdown of the bar Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable transportation Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Previous barback, restaurant, nightclub, stadium, or festival experience is preferred but not required
